Dr Aishwaryaprajna is Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence at the Department of Computer Science, University of Exeter. Her research concerns modelling AI systems for decision-making with optimisation and learning. Her research interests include meta-heuristic algorithms (especially evolutionary), optimisation with constraints, multi-objective problems, performance analysis of algorithms, and handling various noise (or uncertainty) models affecting decision-making from within the system and environment. She is interested in developing of self-aware multi-agent systems for modelling sustainability dilemmas. She is particularly interested in real-world applications of AI like decision support systems in healthcare and UAV path planning for surveillance.
